Cloud Tower-1 is strategically located in Block-G of Multi-professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS), Sector B-17 Islamabad. Rapidly developing Sector B-17 is located west of National Highway N-5 and has two gates on GT Road. It also connects to Islamabad Peshawar Motorway M-1 via a planned gate which will soon be constructed and is at a distance of approximately 6 km from Islamabad International Airport. Adjacent to sector B-17, the under-construction Margalla Avenue is going to be one of the main arteries of the Federal Capital connecting it with GT-Road and the M1 motorway, bringing new access to the city with a fast connection to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Punjab. In addition, B-17 also borders the main route of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) making our project an ideal long-term, convenient and permanent residence in Islamabad.

Project Synopsis>

Cloud Tower-1 is a 27 Floor Residential Apartment Building constructed on 12 Kanal of land perfectly located at Block-G of B-17, Multi-Gardens Islamabad Pakistan, comprising of Studio, 1, 2, 3 beds, and Penthouse/ Duplex Apartments. It spreads over an area of 860,000 sq. ft. including 14,000 sq. ft. planned for gym and 4 floors reserved for car parking. The project has been designed, keeping in mind the following unique and industry-first features, to provide our residents with:


90 percent of bedrooms and all living rooms have one full wall comprising of huge glass windows. All Passages end with large glass windows while the main passage of each floor has a 42 feet wide huge window providing a breathtaking view of the skyline to residents and visitors.


Our services cater to residents of all ages. We have planned Day Care Centers, indoor and outdoor play areas for children, separate gyms for ladies and gents, open-air walking tracks, senior citizens’ Lounge where older people can meet each other, a prayer area, and a community hall for our residents.


The building consists of two pools of lifts comprising of total 10 lifts (including two cargo lifts) exclusively for residents, separate parking and drops lanes, 4 floors reserved for car parking, a separate path for cargo trucks, garbage collection, and waiting rooms for visiting drivers.


The building is designed with separate entrance lobbies for a studio, 1-bed apartments, and 2, 3-bed apartments. To ensure the privacy of residents, the entrance door of each apartment is positioned such that it does not face the entrance door of any other apartment. Similarly, the majority of windows do not face the windows of other apartments. Few windows which face other apartment windows have an open distance of 42 feet between them with a wide and angular scenic view.


Apartments are designed with terraces, store rooms, service balconies, spacious rooms, and living rooms. The minimum room size in each apartment is 12 by 14 feet excluding wardrobes to provide a spacious living environment, and every room has wardrobes built-in.


All apartments have independent cooling and heating arrangements while fixing spots for air conditioners for every room has been specified.


We believe that any living space should protect its residents from the elements while at the same time allowing them to enjoy the best that nature has to offer. With this in mind, double-glazed PVC windows with Argon gas filling have been provided to ensure adequate insulation. Furthermore, all passages have large windows at the end and a 42 feet wide window in the main passage. Day Light Harvesting, Cross Ventilation, Passive Energy Utilization, Rain Water Harvesting Independent Air Conditioning are some of the other salient features that have been incorporated into the design of the building.


Smart lights and smart fans have been provided in all common areas. Smart entrances, solar powered lights in open air spaces are also placed. Smart apartment solutions can be provided on the demand of customers.


Fiber connectivity on all floors has been catered for in the building. In-building solutions for better mobile phone coverage are being introduced in any residential building in the country.


Observatory and sky walk with a rooftop restaurant are being introduced for the very first time in Pakistan.
